TV show description:
An American drama, from creator Mike Daniels, The Village TV show centers on the residents of a Brooklyn apartment building. While it looks the same as countless others from the outside, what goes on inside is rare, to say the least.
Over time, the residents of the Village have forged a powerful bond. They are more than neighbors — they’re friends and a family of choice.
The “Villagers” include Sarah Campbell (McManus) a nurse and single mother of a teenager; Gabe Napolitano (Kagasoff), a young law student; Ana Behzadi (Atias), a mother who fears the reach of ICE will touch her US-born son; military veteran Nick Porter (Christie); and Ron and Patricia Davis (Faison and Toussaint), who anchor the whole gang.
Everyone at the Village has a story to tell, be it about their hopes and dreams, or the challenges they’re facing. Together, they’re a family and family means everything — even when you are not related.
Series Finale:
Episode #10 — I Have Got You
An unexpected event brings Katie (Grace Van Dien), Sarah (Michaela McManus), and Nick (Warren Christie) back into each other’s orbits. Patricia (Lorraine Toussaint) deals with her diagnosis, which leads to an unexpected chance at re-connection for Ron (Frankie Faison). Enzo (Dominic Chianese) enlists Gabe (Daren Kagasoff) to pull off a grand gesture. Ben (Jerod Haynes) faces his future and his past.
First aired: May 21, 2019.
What do you think? Do you like The Village TV series? Should this NBC TV show have been cancelled or renewed for a second season?
I just like this show I can relate to the SSgt Nick Porter on the PTSD and trying to fit back home this show hits on a few other thing a mother and daughter trying to learned about the mistake they both made at 17 and the other resident who live in the village its a show on how we need to be in are neigheors lives we need to help others and care for them because I see more kids and adult looking at a phone instead talking to eash other And this is way i like this show

Great Show, great story excellent actors. Please KEEP this show on! There are so many different directions to develop future episodes and relationships.
I LOVE THE SHOW AND THE VILLAGE TV SERIES SHOULD BE RENEW NOT JUST FOR ANOTHER SEASON, BUT FOR MANY MORE. THANK YOU.
I like the premise of this show and the actors are superb. Unfortunately, it seems like every character is about twelve years old when it comes to dealing with relationships or any given matter. Too many headstrong reactions – not enough heart or wisdom. If the writing doesn’t change, I say cancel the show – it’s way too frustrating to watch otherwise!
I love this show so much I got 5 of my friends to watch it. Now we call and talk about it. This is a great cast and each story is wonderful. My favorite new show on I wish they would quit changing time spots . Please do not cancel
Keep it on a great show…
It’s so intensive. The Village is full of loving and forgiving.
Renewed
I love ❤️ it
It is the best show on right now.
I love The Village, the storyline, acting etc. hope it stays on tv for years.
I really like this show, a lot of plot lines going on at once but not complicated to follow, I hope it is not canceled.
I
I’m not sure yet. I like A Million Little Things which is like this show. I will have to see if it keeps my interest. After one episode it’s hard to tell. To me, it’s just OK so far
I started to watch it, but turned it off after 10 minutes. I think it would have been better if it didn’t air after This is Us. That episode was too intense to have to sit through another drama.
I’ve only seen one episode but I like it so far
