Debmar-Mercury has announced its syndicated TV series, The Wendy Williams Show, has been renewed by FOX owned and operated stations through the 2019-2020 television season. Hosted by radio shock-jock, Williams, the program features segments common to daytime talk shows, like “Hot Topics,” and celebrity gossip.
From Debmar-Mercury and 20th Television, The Wendy Williams show is also commonly syndicated to The CW and MyNetworkTV affiliates, as well as other network-affiliated stations, market depending.
From EW:
The renewal brings the program back for its ninth, 10th, and 11th seasons. Since it first aired nationwide in 2009, The Wendy Williams Show has become one of the top daytime talk shows, especially among women in the 25–54 demo.
In November, Lionsgate extended Williams’ contract through 2022.
What do you think? Do you watch The Wendy Williams Show? Do you think it deserves this long renewal?
To be truthful, I did watch her show in the beginning. However I NO longer watch and will not watch again. She has changed her personality soo much that no matter who she has on, or does I WILL NOT watch again.
