Thursday, November 15, 2012 ratings — New episodes: The Big Bang Theory, The X Factor, Last Resort, 30 Rock, The Vampire Diaries, Two and a Half Men, Up All Night, Person of Interest, Grey’s Anatomy, Glee, The Office, Beauty and the Beast, Parks and Recreation, Elementary, Scandal, and Rock Center with Brian Williams.
On CBS, it was an especially great night for The Big Bang Theory. The sitcom registered a 5.5 rating in the 1-49 demographic with 17.4 million viewers. Week-to-week, it was up by 8% in the demo and was the night’s winner in both the demo and viewers.
Two and a Half Men registered a 4.1 in the demo (+3% change) with 13.9 million viewers. Person of Interest followed with a 3.1 rating (+7% change) and 14.5 million. Elementary — which recently saw its episode order increased to 24 installments — drew a 2.3 demo rating (+5% change) with 10.7 million.
On FOX, The X Factor attracted a 2.7 in the demo (+4% change) with 7.3 million. There was some bad news for Glee as it drew a 2.1 demo rating (-13% change) with 5.3 million.
On ABC, Last Resort found a 1.3 demo rating (-7% change) with 5.8 million, matching the series’ low. Grey’s Anatomy followed with a 3.1 rating (-6% change) and 8.7 million. Scandal capped the night with a 2.1 in the demo (+11% change) and 6.1 million.
On NBC, 30 Rock landed a 1.2 demo rating (+9% change) with 3.4 million and Up All Night registered a 1.3 in the demo (-7% change) with 3.1 million.
The Office garnered a 2.0 rating (-17% change) with 4.2 million and Parks and Recreation found a 1.7 in the demo (0% change) with 3.6 million. Rock Center with Brian Williams finished the evening with a 1.1 demo rating (+10% change) with 4.0 million.
And on The CW, The Vampire Diaries attracted a 1.2 in the demo (-20% change) with 2.8 million. Beauty and the Beast followed with a 0.6 rating (-14% change) with 1.6 million.
