TV show description:
This comedy series revolves around a group of friends who are close to finding a relationship but aren’t quite there yet. Whether it’s due to a lack of style, the wrong job or even just a bad haircut, everyone goes through a time in their lives when they’re undateable.
Danny Burton (Chris D’Elia) is confident, attractive and impervious to outside opinions. On the cusp of turning 30, Danny decides to help out his new roommate, Justin Kearney (Brent Morin), the owner of an unsuccessful bar and a chronic overthinker.
Justin’s group of oddball friends could also use some help; including loveable bar regular Shelly (Ron Funches); an unapologetically honest bar regular named Burski (Rick Glassman); and gay bartender Brett (David Fynn).
Danny introduces the friends to his recently divorced older sister, Leslie Burton (Bianca Kajlich). She immediately bonds with this group of guys because she feels a little stuck in her own life as well.
The gang of singles spends most of their time at Justin’s bar, helping solve each other’s respective problems over beers. While they love to give each other a hard time, they always have each other’s back.
Episode #36 — The Backstreet Boys Walk into a Bar
Danny and Justin face-off after Justin has the Backstreet Boys help him with a surprise. Meanwhile, the gang teams up to help Candace get something back from her ex-boyfriend, Trent (guest star Adam Hagenbuch).
First aired: January 29, 2016.
What do you think? Do you like the Undateable TV series? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a fourth season?
I love undateable!!! I even love the kid with the evil eye. I feel the same as I felt when I first saw Seinfeld. It’s funny, touching and ingenious. Awesome show!!! Please don’t change anything or anyone, especially not the writers. And, more importantly, please don’t ever cancel the show. Thanks NBC for taking a chance on this show. You have another winner.
I love this show! It is one of the best comedies if not the best comedy currently on TV especially since it went live. Do not cancel it!
The show is hysterical! The cast members play off of each other like they have been together for years. There are all the different characters you would want to see on a show. I love the live version, and how they keep it together is beyond me. It is nice to see a show on the regular networks that actually is worth watching.
Don’t cancel “Undateable?
Without a doubt one of the best new shows I have seen in a long time and now even better live! Keep the laughter and craziness going!!
I really like the show! It’s like a modern day Cheers!
This show should NEVER be cancelled. I love the “Live” factor, especially since I’m on the West Coast and still get to see a live performance (which is funnier than the East Coast version, in my opinion).
I don’t watch much TV, unless it’s on Disney Junior, and this is the ONLY show I watch.
I really like undateable . think it’s really funny show and the cast is likeable..hope NBC keeps it
After the 11/13/15 episode hopefully it will be gone soon. We are done watching and I’ll spread the word. Did you think it was funny to say, “last night I had both hands on 2 penises?” Really? What if you had said, “last night I had my fingers from both hands into 2 viginas?” You are just like pedophiles grooming children. You are grooming boys. Why else would you allow saying what you said on national TV? BE GONE.
If you won’t post this, you better discuss this with your bosses. I’ll be posting this on a bigger stage.
You won’t censor what you are but you will censor this
I agree that that ONE LINE was a little two far, but that doesn’t reflect the whole series to this point, or even the rest of that episode. I understand that we’re all entitled to our own opinions, and it’s sad that the one line (obviously for shock value) would change your mind about the whole show. Very unfortunate.
I agree. I didn’t like the one liner either but I love the show! It didn’t make me want to stop watching but I did look sideways about the comment. DO NOT CANCEL!!!
Robert lynch. U are a homophobic ignorant man. how is a man discussing sex with other men grooming pediphiles. There are no children involved. And I am pretty sure this show isn’t marketed towards children. Have some common sense!
No it should not be cancelled!!! The live version is fantastic. I love the improve!!!! Along with the story line and the writing it is very well acted and s great cast. There are no weak links!!!
totaly agree
I love this show. It’s much better live though. It was pretty funny the first season but the live format brings that much more to it. Keep it on the air!
This would be another “by the book” sitcom if it were not performed live. Love to see the actors try to hold it together amidst mistakes and missed cues. I hope it’s renewed!
I agree it’s like watching snl when there trying to keep a straight face which is what I love about it the most
I hope the executives at NBC do not do something stupid by cancelling Undateable. They do not need another hour long mystery drama on the air. It is one of the few sitcoms that NBC has gotten right. I really enjoy it and look forward to watching it. I even watch old episodes OnDemand.
I really like “Updateable” I actually find myself smiling and laughing out loud. I hope it continues. Why is it the better shows seem to get cancelled . The cast is sharp and funny and the dialogue crisp and funny. please keep it on the air.
Absolutely love seeing Whitney Cummings on the show. I was very disappointed when there last show was canceled.
The best show on TV?
