What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the Starz premium cable channel, The White Princess stars Jodie Comer as Princess Elizabeth of York and Jacob Collins-Levy as King Henry VII. The Starz cast also includes Essie Davis, Joanne Whalley, Michelle Fairley, Suki Waterhouse, Rebecca Benson, Rhys Connah, Caroline Goodall, Kenneth Cranham, and Vincent Regan. Beginning in 1485, the series tells the end of the saga of England’s War of the Roses and follows the rise of the House of Tudor, as well as the stormy marriage of Elizabeth of York to Henry Tudor.

Telly’s Take
Airing on Sunday nights, The White Princess TV show is drawing decent ratings for a Starz series. The cable channel has been calling it a “limited series” but it seems more like a mini-series. I suspect there will only be one season of eight episodes but, if the numbers are good enough, who knows? I’ll keep an eye on the ratings. I love this show, and sincerely hope to see see season 2 coming soon! I would be very disappointed if this series were to be cancelled! Please consider brining it back for another season!
Will there be more seasons of The White Princess? All I see when they show previews for the next show is “Finale,” not “Season Finale!!” Please, please let there be more seasons of The White Princess, I will seriously be heartbroken if the next episode is the end. It was a HUGE letdown when you removed White Queen after only one season. I literally almost cried. Please don’t do it again, after we have became attached to these characters.

It would be a crime not to continue this to a season two and then move on to the next portion of history with Henry the eighth and Queen Elizabeth…it could go on for years enthralling all of us fans..
