TV Land is starting to shift away from “classic” TV star vehicles and in favor of hip comedies. Is this a good idea? Will their Younger sitcom be a hit or a flop? Cancelled or renewed for a second season? Stay tuned.
On the Younger TV show, a recently single mother (Sutton Foster) tries to re-enter the working world but finds her age to be a problem. After being mistaken for a younger woman, she decides to pass herself off as a 26 year old and lands a job as the assistant of a publishing executive (Miriam Shor). The cast also includes Nico Tortorella, Debi Mazar, and Hilary Duff.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

What do you think? Do you like the Younger TV show? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Fabulous definitely renew itu
Love it….light hearted….a “YOUNGER” sex in the city !!!!
Love this show, look forward to watching it each week. Please renew this one.
For me, the most captivating acting talent on the show is Debi Mazer, who is basically treated more like an extra than one of a trio … she’s not even pictured in major marketing ads & pics. And yes to ad nauseum over-production of marketing before it’s start, but they eem to do that with Everything new these days. Ugh. Anyway, if there was a lot more Debit Mazer, I’d be more compelled to watch it — as it is, it just sort of ‘misses the mark’ for me, & I was/am a fan of Sex In The City, where… Read more »
Love this show it great to see something as fresh as this back on TV. Don’t cancel this show it would be a tragic thing.
I really like this show. Love the writing. Hope they pick it up again. Would like to see what it could be with a bigger budget
Absolutely love this show, TEN stars! Great writing, engaging, casting is perfect! Please don’t cancel!
Love this show. It funny and cleaver…. keep it up.
This show is unrealistic. It should be cancelled. TVLand is trying to shove it down our throats, and puts on Nick now too just to try and get the viewer rating up. A show like this doesn’t belong on Nick. Nick is a Spongebob Squarepants kids station. This show is a huge swing and miss by TVLand. It’s to bad they invest so much into it. Someday they will realize that people would rather watch: Friends, King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond. Quality shows. That is what TVLand needs to stick too. Stop shoving crap shows down our throats, wasting… Read more »
Anthony – get over it and move on to another channel. Just watched three episodes. It’s good. Not great. But fun. No one is getting hurt. Chill. My friends and I look forward to it and can relate to many situations.
Yes get over it…its a breath of fresh air and fun. Iook forward to it each week. Change the channel if you don’t like it. You obviously have never been a fan of Sex and The City it appears….
I agree, the show does not belong on TVLand and it should be cancelled. The show is not good at all and TV Land is cramming it down our throats. They had so much advertising about this show that I was sick of it before it even came on and did not want to watch it.
The truth is you are only 1 opinion. I don’t watch the other stuff. eww
Sutton Foster was great in Bunheads and now in Younger.
I’m loving the show and characters. Looking forward to season 2.
I love it
I think it’s great! Would love to see a second season!
