Burn Notice endingAs suspected months ago, USA has decided to end Burn Notice after seven seasons on the air. The last season, which debuts on June 6th, will have 13 episodes.

Burn Notice has been a staple of USA’s line-up since 2007 and, by the end of the series, will have completed more than 100 episodes. The cast includes Jeffery Donovan, Gabrielle Anwar, Bruce Campbell, Sharon Gless and Coby Bell.

Heart broken!!!! Burn Notice is one of the best shows on TV, and most absolutly on USA. The show has an amazing cast, great plots, and just the right amount of drama, humor, special effects, and the love story of Michael and Fiona. Very bad decision on the network. The only reason I watch USA, is for BURN NOTICE and the reruns of NCIS. My two favorite shows on TV. I will miss it so much, as well as so many of my friends.

This is one of my favorite shows of all time! It’s a such a crime that Season 7 is the final run for Michael Westen. Hopefully, they can do a spin-off or something. Still bummed out about this. Season 7 is packing with a lot of action on its first few episodes!

I simply cannot understand why you would cancel such an outstanding show. The characters are amazing, are great actors and have wonderful chemistry together. This is not easy to find in shows today. If you want to cancel something cancel that SILLY, SILLY Psych show. It makes absolutely no sense and has terrible acting. The Fiona and Sam Ax characters with Michael Weston are absolutely perfect together. I at least hope you will have Michael and Fiona end up together if you have to ruin and end the show. I cannot understand when you have a good show with everything working you have to ruin it. It is one of the best and unique shows on TV and certainly better than a lot of those silly shows and reality shows that I refuse to watch. Leave this show on and take of that silly Psych. You have a really good thing with this show, why on earth are you going to mess it up?? Management makes absolutely no sense at times!!

Burn Notice has been a great surprise! Not the most unique concept for a show but this one’s recipe was pretty close to perfect. It had a great run and does feel a bit repetitive at times. Uh oh! Who is out to destroy Michael West this time? BUT I’d have watched it FOREVER! I guess it’s time for Michael to realize he has given enough of his life and its time to take care of those closest to him who have all had to meet with peril just for knowing (and supporting) him. I’ll guess that maybe Madeline with die and Michael will have to put Charlie first. Extremely cheesy ending but what else could they do? Maybe all meet at a diner and eat onion rings… 😉

This is one of my all time favs. It was entertaining without having to really think. The characters made you apart of their team. But like so many other shows, it does not have a vampire or any in your face sex, so how could we expect it to get renewed. I think network executives are mindless Zombie…..

I am very sad to hear that Burn Notice will be cancelled after this season. I don’t see how they could possibly wrap everything up without being sloppy. The show is great and I hope the powers to be will consider renewing it. PLEASE!

Soooooo! sad…I love all of the characters! The show is the best on USA. Also canceled Monk and In Plain Sight. All 3 were winners.. I have become one with the cast.. Don’t know what I am going to watch… always can’t wait for the new season..now what. Graceland is good but not even close to Burn Notice.

I too, can not believe this show is being cancelled. It is an amazing show. I love the way Michael explains what a spy needs to know and do during dangerous situations. All very informative. I hope they change their minds or someone else picks Burn Notice up for more episodes. The cast is fantastic.
With all the stupid shows on these days, why would you cancel a good one?

I feel that the decision to terminate the series is bad, Burn Notice is an outstanding program, USA runs good programming, the Burn Notice end ruins good entertainment.

I’m not sure why this show is cancelled but it seemed (at least to me) an abrupt decision. I was surprised to say the least. If the characters, producers, writer, etc. are moving on to new projects or are just burned out, no pun intended, I can understand. I can’t believe it’s because of poor ratings because I’ve heard and read only positives about the show. A lot people love it. In any event I can only say it was a great series and can only hope it will somehow return for new episodes.
