Episodes: Season Three Ratings

Episodes TV show on ShowtimeIt’s been a long time since Showtime aired the second season of Episodes. Are viewers still interested? Fortunately, the show won’t be cancelled anytime soon. It’s already been renewed for year four.

Episodes continues to tell the tale of a married writing team (Tamsin Greigas and Stephen Mangan) as they try to reproduce their British TV hit for an American network with Matt LeBlanc as its star. Others in the cast include John Pankow, Kathleen Rose Perkins, and Mircea Monroe.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.

For comparisons: The second season of Episodes averaged a 0.2 demo rating with 380,000 viewers.

What do you think? Do you still like the Episodes TV series? Are you glad that it’s already been renewed for a fourth season?

Love it! Hilarious! Very few shows I watch where I burst out laughing but Episodes does just that. Love the relationships between the characters be it ever so dysfunctional but in a hilarious way. Matt LeBlanc is doing a great job! Although I had never seen Tamsin Greigas or Stephen Mangan before this they are making this funny threesome a great show to watch! Hilarious show!

My favourite comedy on TV at the moment. The writing is brilliant and there is a great mixture of stories and different types of jokes.
So glad they are making a fourth series!

Episodes is the funniest show on TV. It’s so original, and the writers don’t dumb down the show with the assumption that the audience won’t get the jokes. My husband and I can’t wait for the next episode. Matt LeBlanc is terrific, as is the entire cast. One huge suggestion…..Please ADVERTISE the show. We’ve already recommended it to several family and friends, and down to a person, they’re all now addicted. You need to get the word out.
Thanks for making Sunday night so enjoyable.

I was never a fan of Matt LeBlank . Especially after Friends ended, LeBlanc seemed to be trapped in free fall, stuck in lowbrow sitcom never-never land, appearing in one cancelled show after another. Then, I watched Episodes and I was stunned to finally see LeBlanc’s comedic talents and self-depricating humor surface. He’s great in Episodes. The writers have taken LeBlanc’s history of failed projects after Friends and his real or fictional past reputation as a womanizing airhead and turned these into an infectiously charming and hysterically funny series. LeBlanc’s willingness to make fun of himself is what sells the show.
As someone who loves British television, the unique central story of an English writing couple transplanted to Hollywood is brilliant. The entire cast does a masterful job in this
surprisingly winning half hour show.
One suggestion, market and promote Episodes better. Once seen, Episodes is
addictive.

Really funny stuff in here. The writers know how to do comedy with dialogue. Keep it up.
Thanks
