Saturday TV Show Ratings: College Football, 48 Hours Mystery

Saturday, September 22, 2012 ratings — This evening was dominated by Saturday Night College Football on three of the four broadcast networks. CBS programmed two hours of reruns (CSI and Criminal Minds) and an original installment of 48 Hours Mystery.

On NBC, we had the Michigan at Notre Dame game and that registered a 1.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 6.02 million total viewers.

On ABC, it was Clemson and Florida State match-up with a 1.7 in the demo and 4.36 million viewers.

On FOX, there was the Kansas State at Oklahoma game. That averaged a 0.8 demo rating with 2.83 million total viewers.

And finally, on CBS, it was two hours of reruns — CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (0.6 rating with 4.4 million) and Criminal Minds (0.8 rating and 5.17 million).

At 10pm, it was the only original TV episode of the night — 48 Hours. It attracted a 0.9 demo rating with 5.24 million viewers.
