Arrow has not yet ended its fourth season on CW, but there are reports that the series is already hunting for the next villain that will face Oliver Queen and Team Arrow. Last month, it was reported that Echo Kellum was bumped up to regular cast status for season five. He plays Curtis Holt. Now, another regular member of the cast is coming.

TV Line reported that the series is looking for a character named James. The news outlet shared a bit about the character:

“The casting call seeks an actor of any ethnicity, in his late-20s to 30s and who comes across as a physical threat. The character is said to “just as easily shake your hand as your best friend or break your neck as your worst enemy — and you never know which one is coming. Either way, he’s more than capable of having a good time as he does it.”

The report also calls James a ‘man on a mission’ who is trying to avenge a loss in his life from years ago. This news likely means that Oliver Queen’s battle with Damien Darhk is coming to an end. After Damien killed Laurel on a recent episode, even Felicity asked Oliver to kill the villain.
