Will The Big Bang Theory have another season? Recently, CBS Entertainment president Glenn Geller revealed the network and cast are still in negotiations for an 11th season of the popular sitcom, Deadline reports.
The cast’s contracts are up at the end of season 10, which is still bringing in strong ratings for CBS. The comedy, which stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Melissa Rauch, and Mayim Bialik, is currently averaging a 3.41 rating in the 18-49 demo and around 14.798 million viewers, making it the network’s highest-rated scripted series.
Geller told Deadline that talks are still ongoing for an 11th season, but the network is “guardedly optimistic”:
We are in negotiations. It is business as usual. These are going to be, I think, the normal tough negotiations when you in a situation like this but we are guardedly optimistic.”

What do you think? Do you watch The Big Bang Theory? Do you want another season?
Love the show and even watch the reruns over and over. Such good writing and performances. Sheldon is the best! Would be so sad if no new season, lots of room for more comedy, Sheldon as a dad would be hilarious!
With 20 million viewers weekly and not counting the international viewers, it would be hard for all concerned not to have an 11th season and beyond. This will probably go down to the wire.
Great show not recognized by the Emmy’s.
