There will be no more redemption for The Blacklist: Redemption. After just one season, the spin-off from The Blacklist has been cancelled. The series wrapped its season in April.
The NBC series, which stars Ryan Eggold and Famke Janssen, started off its first season on a low note, and the series never rose any higher on a consistent basis. Season one wrapped with an average of a 0.75 demo rating and 4.04 million viewers.
Other cancelled NBC TV shows include Timeless, Emerald City, and Powerless. The Blacklist has been renewed for a fifth season on NBC.

i am disappointed it was cancelled. it had a great cast & would have been an amazing show.
I agree with many of these readers. It was a little slow to start, but became very interesting be the end. Best when Terry O’Quinn was added regularly. I didnt feel it was given enough time to shine. I am disappointed that it has been cancelled.
The early episodes didn’t meet my expectations and it took a while for the characters to grow but it ended strongly and I had better hopes for season 2
Was a good show if you watched the Blacklist would have liked to see at least a final show with an out come.
This was a good show and coming to a head when ended. Would really like to see at least a finally for it.

The show started off a little slow and I felt it was just filling my blacklist gap until it restarted. However, as the show went on it gained momentum and I would like to see how the story pans out. Shame the season didn’t start off as it ended.

Good! – “The Blacklist” is great, but death to all spin-offs I say. Stop rehashing old material and come up with something new. This squeezing the last buck out of something that was once a good idea is just sad.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE SHOW, BUT IT SEEMS THAT EVERY SHOWIN WHICH TERRY OQUINN PLAY A MAJOR ROLL GETS CACELLED. LOST, 666 PARK AVENUE , SECRETS AND LIES ARE OTHER SHOWS I LIKED THAT WERE CANCELED

Yes I would like to see this series again next season
I liked the show but thought the drama between the parents was unnecessary and distracting. Hope the characters show back up on the original Blacklist.
