CBS is going biblical. TVLine reports the network has greenlit a new TV series called By The Book starring David Krumholtz and Jay R. Ferguson. UPDATE: The TV show will air with the title Living Biblically.
Based on the book The Year of Living Biblically by AJ Jacobs, the comedy “follows a modern-day man who chooses to live his life according to the Bible.”
The CBS sitcom also stars Ian Gomez, Camryn Manheim, Lindsey Kraft, and Tony Rock.

let’s hope it’s not another bigoted series. They fail every time, but programming directors seem to be gluttons for punishment.
David Krumholtz is one of my favorite actors. He is so charismatic, whether playing a comedic or dramatic role. He’s right on and remembered! I would watch anything he is part of.
