NBC is cleaning house on Sunday nights. They’ll surely cancel American Dream Builders, they’ve cancelled Believe and they’ve also cancelled Crisis as well.
An action/thriller series, Crisis finds out what might happen if the children of powerful people from Washington, DC were to be taken prisoner. The cast includes Dermot Mulroney, Rachael Taylor, Lance Gross, James Lafferty, Max Martini, Michael Beach, Stevie Lynn Jones, Halston Sage, Max Schneider, Joshua Erenberg, and Gillian Anderson.
Unfortunately, this show seemed doomed from the start. It debuted to lackluster ratings and the numbers sank lower and lower each week. At one point, Crisis drew just a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.73 million viewers.
On the upside, it seems likely that NBC will release of the remaining episodes. Eight of the 13 episodes have aired so far.
What do you think? Are you sorry that there won’t be a second season of Crisis or is one season the right amount? Should it have been cancelled?
This was a show my teenage son and I would watch… Now a days teens rarely enjoy the same entertainment as their parents. Wish NBC could have given us another season!!
Crisis and believe where Two of my favorite shows im pissed all of the good shows keep getting canceled while all these stupid shows are still on!! Please bring back crisis and believe.
Really was looking forward to season 2 … 🙁 not happy it ain’t coming back ….
BIG MISTAKE TO CANCEL. EXCELLENT SHOW
I am very disappointed. I liked that show.
It was a great show….similiar to “24”. t should have been renewd for another season.
It was an intelligent show.
Maybe too much so for the Big Brother and Real Housewives crowd.
Big mistake NBC. Smart, intelligent show. Hope another station picks it up.
I thought crisis was a gret show. Couldnt they find someone else to kidnap, lets keep it going guys . And on a different sibject , do you know if contact with neil degrasse tyson is coming back?
You mean Cosmos? For now, I don’t think it’s coming back.
NBC falling for the crap of reality shows and canceling the one people like like Crisis unfortuanity they are after the low income low class and not the ones that actually watch and paid for the product that advertise.
They are reaching out to the food stamp welfare population that will rather watch mess up life or what they could have instead of going out and making happen for them self so. I will be watching other network that offer what is intertiment not trash.
Its funny how you keep some dumb shows for ever and the ones that are good get cancelled right away. I enjoyed the show cause it showed us what is possible to happen.
We were looking forward to Crisis returning for another season….Season 1 was good.
Good show with a tight story line. The problem is that it didn’t have a locked in time slot. NBC would preempt it to put on the 2 hour final for other shows. NBC didn’t do justice to the job the actors in this show were doing. It is not a good idea to get hooked on NBC shows; NBC does this a lot.
Maybe NBC should be a 24/7 channel for The Voice and Dancing With the Stars.
I am really upset that you are getting rid of crisis. I rreally liked it and was looking forward to seeing it again
Great Show!!! So sorry to see it go, I don’t think they advertised it enough I happen to run it one night and was hooked every since!!!!!!
why to stop it???It was fast, smooth, bind the viewers with curiosity….
At least give us the ending….:(
