Another television series has crossed over to the great beyond. The Crossing TV show on ABC has been cancelled after one season. The thriller, which made its debut on April 3rd, premiered with low ratings, and things only got worse from there.
An ABC sci-fi drama, The Crossing stars Steve Zahn, Natalie Martinez, Sandrine Holt, Georgina Haig, Tommy Bastow, Rob Campbell, Rick Gomez, Marcuis W. Harris, Grant Harvey, Jay Karnes, Simone Kessell, Kelley Missal, Luc Roderique, and Bailey Skodje, with Luke Camilleri recurring. The story unfolds in the small Oregon fishing town of Port Canaan, when 47 evacuees from a war-torn country wash up on the shore. The newcomers aren’t just any refugees seeking asylum — they’re Americans from 180 years in the future.

Very disappointed! Really enjoyed the show. So much other crap on tv these days. So much for this network. Only show they had worth watching.

I can’t believe it will be left with no season two. So many unanswered questions…..I’m so disappointed it was such an amazing show.
please give it a second seasom the crossing was an amazingly critical new show for todays timeline and impending future alomg with possibilities still to come a second season could bring much more into play on both a political sociolgical and theological level as well as pertaining to the science and biological aspects that are quickly becoming a possible reality. this show is truly amazing.
Please reconsider & renew The Crossing. It is a great show. I can name a least 10 shows that you actually should/could be canceled instead. If you were not happy with the rating then change the date/time & promote it better. People will discover it & they’ll be hooked.

Do not cancel the Crossing. I was watching it and I’m waiting for S2! Care about the fans and you are going to see lots more watchers. Finally a time travel show again that’s freaking good. And now its lost in time?

I really enjoyed the crossing, and was excited for a second season. Hope someone else picks it up because it was great…….I was left hanging every episode.
I am saddened to learn there won’t be a season 2. I agree with Mary Carmen that The Crossing is different than other shows currently being broadcast. ABC, please consider renewing this show for another season. I was emotional over Caleb and his daughter Rachel reuniting. There are so many loose ends that need to be tied up here! I binged watched this show because I couldn’t stop watching it! I just wanted more!! And I still do! Every episode was action packed. It is so different from the rest of the shows on TV today.
