Damnation has its leads. Deadline reports Aden Young, Sarah Jones, Logan Marshall Green, and others have been cast in the USA Network pilot.

From Longmire’s Tony Tost, the drama explores the “mythic conflict and bloody struggle between big money and the downtrodden, God and greed, charlatans and prophets” in 1930s America.

In addition to Jones, Marshall Green, and Young, Chasten Harmon, Christopher Heyerdahl, and Melinda Page Hamilton have been cast as series regulars.

Young will play Seth Davenport, “a man masquerading as a small town Iowa preacher in the hopes of starting a full-blown insurrection against the status quo.” Jones has been cast as Seth’s wife, Amelia, who harbors political ambitions of her own.
