What’s going on with Flip or Flop? According to The Wrap, the HGTV series has not been cancelled despite rumors saying it’s over.
The home renovation show is hosted by Tarek and Christina El Moussa, who recently announced the separation of their marriage. However, the couple has said they are committed to continuing the home improvement show. HGTV has already ordered five spin offs of Flip or Flop.
According to The Wrap, sources close to the show say Flip or Flop will continue. This echoes the statement HGTV made after the couple announced their split:
We admire and appreciate Tarek and Christina’s great work on ‘Flip or Flop.’ When it comes to matters related to their own family, we respect their privacy and honor any decision that works best for them and their children. HGTV is currently airing episodes of ‘Flip or Flop’ and the series will continue production as scheduled.”

I love this show. Please don’t cancel. I tried watching the Vegas one but it’s just not as good.

Sooo glad they renewed this show! I never miss it! Wish they would have stayed together as the children are so sweet but def no reason to cancel a great show! Good job HGTV!!

I love this show! I hope they’re able to work out their marriage, but if not, I wish them both the best. I may watch the spin-offs, but the original Flip or Flop will always be number one!
I am kind of stuck on them as a happy couple , working together, But I like the show and am willing to see if I can still like it now knowing that (in real life) they’re not a couple. Lets see how they work out this awkward situation. I’ll always want to see them as a couple though.
I love this show as well. Christina is not only beautiful but is extremely talented. I watch to see what she does next. And including their kids is great, too. We all have our problems and this just shows that they’re no different. Yes, by all means keep it on. I’m still watching the old ones!
Good. I know a lot of bigots are trying to get the show cancelled, but no one is obliged to watch. Just watch something else if you hate the couple personally. And learn to let go.

So TIRED if Christina’s High Maintenance personality. The problem with promoting a show as “supporting” a family then the behind-the-scenes truth farce of a marraige makes this show unwatchable. Not sure why these two thought airing their dirty laundry was a good idea, but it’s clear by the talk show rounds they both made, putting the children FIRST was never on the agenda.
I believe christina needs to be removed from the show and replaced with anyone that doesn’t consistently lie and cheat I can’t watch a cheating home wrecker get rewarded. I would watch with him and someone else only not her.sorry just my opinion.
Love Tarek and Christina and their darling children. So happy the show will continue, but so sad they are separated.
