New York, NY – April 24, 2014 – A&E Network’s critically acclaimed hit series “Longmire” returns for a third season on Monday, June 2 at 10 PM ET/PT. The series stars Australian actor Robert Taylor as Walt Longmire, the charismatic, dedicated and unflappable sheriff of Absaroka County, Wyoming, along with Katee Sackhoff, Lou Diamond Phillips, Bailey Chase, Cassidy Freeman and Adam Bartley.
“Longmire” continues as the network’s #1 original drama series of all time in total viewers with season two averaging 6 million, a record for any A&E drama season delivery (based on Live+7 viewing).

She will fight in court to try and clear Henry’s name while Walt continues to unravel the dark, mysterious secrets of Absaroka County. The deeper Walt digs into all these mysteries, the closer he’ll get to uncovering the real bloody hand behind his wife’s murder.
In the season three premiere, Walt deals with the aftermath of Henry’s arrest and Branch’s shooting. The search for the shooter, however, is complicated by Branch’s insistence that it was someone known to be already dead.

What do you think? Do you plan on watching Longmire this summer?
I can’t get enough of this show. The acting is fantastic with a great mixture of Just the right amount of subtle humor with intrigue and suspension. The on site location shots and the mix of American Indian issues I find refreshing. Keep up the great show. hope it goes for a 5 the season.
Glad Netflix finally announced when Longmire will be released. I signed up with Netflix when the network picked up the fourth season of Longmire. Netflix should have made 13-14 episodes instead of ten because it is a great show.
I love Longmier ! I feel it is one of the best shows I have watched in a long time.
One of the best shows I’ve seen in a long time.
We are crushed, both my husband and I are long-time fans of the show!!!!!!
Of all the junk aired by A&E, the really well-written and well-acted series Longmire gets the can? This was one series I would watch every installment. I don’t understand…
Agree sista!
Really wish there were more episodes in a season. 10 is painful. 20 to 22 should be a season of a TV series. Find more and more, less episodes and more commercials. Just when the story is getting good, it ends for another year. I am so tired of reality shows, that there isn’t much to watch on TV anymore, so really enjoy a good drama like Longmire with a terrific storyline and great acting. There are so few good shows anymore, we are usually watching DVD series of 70’s shows, Rockford Files, Simon and Simon etc.
