TV show description:
This horror black comedy series is based on the characters created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth, and Mike Dringenberg for DC Entertainment’s Vertigo imprint. It’s the story of the original fallen angel — Lucifer.
Bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) has abandoned his throne and retired to Los Angeles. There, he owns an upscale nightclub named Lux. Charming, charismatic, and devilishly handsome, Lucifer is enjoying his retirement, indulging in a few of his favorite things — wine, women, and song.
His bliss is disturbed when a beautiful pop star is brutally murdered outside of his club. For the first time in roughly 10 billion years, he feels something awaken deep within him as a result of this murder. Could it be (perish the thought) compassion or sympathy?
These thoughts disturb both Lucifer and his best friend and confidante, Mazikeen aka Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt). Maze is a fierce demon who’s taken the form of a beautiful young woman.
The murder outside the club attracts the attention of LAPD homicide detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German). She’s initially dismissive of Lucifer but she soon becomes intrigued by his talent for drawing out people’s secrets. Chloe also likes his desire to dispense justice, doling out punishment to those who deserve it.
As they work together to solve the pop star’s murder, Lucifer is struck by Chloe’s inherent goodness. Accustomed to dealing with the absolute worst of humanity, Lucifer is intrigued by Chloe’s apparent purity and begins to wonder if there’s hope for his own soul yet.
At the same time, God’s emissary, an angel named Amenadiel (DB Woodside), has been sent to Los Angeles to convince Lucifer to return to the underworld.
Can the Devil incarnate be tempted toward the side of Good — or will his original calling pull him back toward Evil?
Episode #93 — Partners ‘Til the End
Desperate to rescue Rory, Lucifer and Chloe confront her kidnapper with guns and wings blazing. Lucifer finally comes to terms with his purpose.
First aired: September 10, 2021.
What do you think? Do you like the Lucifer TV show? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for a seventh season on Netflix?
Love the show. I don’t think Lucifer should have been cancelled. Very disappointed with FOX. They keep other crap going and cancel the good ones.
My sister and I have a few shows that we both love. Lucifer is our favorite. We love the cast and the storylines. Great chemistry with the cast, and TOM ELLIS come on! We do not need another show that looks like all the rest. Please save this show, we have already lost too many good ones. Different is not bad.
why Lucifer you canceled 2 other shows and then changed our mines it was one of your best I guess we don’t count
I considered this program light hearted and a break from the fake news. Lucifer helped me to relax, eat my dinner and enjoy a program where I didn’t have to think. I rank it up there with the hallmark programs, Midnight Texas. It reaffirms that people will do the right thing, good vs evil.
What possible show offering moral philosophy, unexpected plotlines, distinct characterization, drama, comedy, action and an occasional musical number replace LUCIFER???? Fox you better keep this winner of a show for at least another season that concludes with a decent finale.
I absolutely love this show. I find it difficult to believe anyone would cancel it; it has great characters well developed, mysteries every week, a fantastic on-going story line, and it is just plain fun to watch. I record the show and watch episodes over and over. When I at my computer, I often watch clips on UTube. Say it isn’t so! Please say it and then mean it! Really!!!
Please , reconsider. Lucifer is an UNICUM. Ther’s no other series like that.
Not enough people watch Lucifer ? But the people who don’t have access to Fox tv due to the geographic are? We do not count? I paid a netflix account just to watch this show
Here in Canada Lucifer is one of the most popular shows but unfortunately FOX doesn’t take us into account either.
please don’t cancel – it is a great show
Fox cancels every thing. They never give there shows time to bloom. Done with Fox.
I’m a big fan of Lucifer. Please don’t cancel the show.
LUCIFER IS MY FAVAROTE SHOW I CAN NOT WATCH IT ON MONDAYS ,BUT ALWAYS VIEW IT ON WENSDAY ,RENEW THIS SHOW OR IM DONE WITH FOX ,OR IS IT DISNEY THAT HAS THE ISSUES ???
NOOOOOOO do not cancel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could have been renewed. Could have done with some more angels and demons, but since it didn’t, its probably why the ratings dropped enough to get it cancelled.
My absolute favourite, and no.1 show, since “LOST” and “True Blood” (and I haven’t even seen the final season of TB, since I was told I’d be disappointed…)
So now I only have “Legion” to look forward to every week, seeing as “The Gifted” and soooo many other shows have been a huge let down…
FOX: what are you thinking? Or rather: are you thinking, at all???

Big X from 59,91° N
renew Lucifer!!!! #savelucifer
Love this show. Bring it back!!
Lucifer is truly the best show on television. Well written, new content, a fun time for those watching. Why would anyone think to cancel it? Every friend I have suggested the show to, has gotten firmly attached and they tape and watch all the episodes. How do we the viewers save this show????
