What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, The Mick stars Kaitlin Olson, Sofia Black-D’Elia, Thomas Barbusca, Jack Stanton, Carla Jimenez, and Scott MacArthur. In the first season, grifter Mickey (Olson) was left to care for her sister’s spoiled little rich kids in affluent Greenwich, Connecticut. Season two finds Mickey in it for the long haul. She gets by with a little help from her sorta boyfriend, Jimmy (MacArthur), and Alba (Jimenez), the family’s live-in housekeeper. Mickey is determined to make through the tough times or black out.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of The Mick averaged a 0.73 rating in the 18-49 demographic and drawing an average audience of 2.10 million viewers. Compared to season one, it is down by 34% and down by 29%, respectively. Find out how The Mickstacks up against other FOX TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Despite a steady ratings decline, FOX renewed The Mick for a second season. Will it be so lucky, again? Things don’t look too good. The network has ordered additional episodes for season two but that could be more about filling timeslots than a sign that season three will be ordered. I suspect that FOX will pull the plug and try something new next season. I’ll update this page with any breaking developments. Noooooooooooo. It’s completely gone. You can’t even find season one or two on their app. The Mick was the greatest show on network television. Whomever made the decision to cancel the series is a complete and utter moron. I wasn’t aware of season one until it popped up on Hulu. I followed season 2 on Hulu every single week. So perhaps instead of canceling great shows, you invest in better marketing and media strategies. Smh. CEOs; not worth the chump change I make.
Leave it up to FOX to Cancel one of the best comedies on TV…DUMBASSES!

Funniest show on tv!! Unbelievable it hasnt been picked up by hulu or netflix already! Fox is stupid for dropping it
There needs to be season 3. It’s ridiculous to end a season with someone in a life or death situation. At least make a one time special to tie up loose ends, if you don’t want to do a whole season.

This just stinks. I loved that show and was really into it. Very disappointed and can think of many many shows that should go instead. Way to go FOX.
I absolutely love this show it’s a shame you guys took it off. Alot of people I know hadn’t heard of it,told them to watch it and they thought it was a hilarious show.I think it needed more advertising for sure.

I do like this show…I’ve grown to love it… it’s funny like always sunny but less gross and like the jokers….
Renew this refreshing and seriously funny show! We love how each character gets showcased and every cast member is great!
