Model Women has a new man. Deadline reports Steven Weber has been cast in the ABC drama pilot.

The series is based on Robert Lacey’s book, Model Woman: Eileen Ford And The Business Of Beauty.

From writer Helen Childress, Model Women will follow Bertie Geiss (Andie MacDowell), the “tempestuous” head of an international modeling agency in the 1970s. Weber will reportedly play Miller, “Bertie’s tall, charming, imposing and handsome husband and the father of their three children.”

Weber has previously appeared on iZombie and Sleepy Hollow.
