This was not a good start for Monday Mornings. It was the lowest TNT scripted debut in more than a year and lost 40% of lead-in Dallas’ audience.
Cable ratings are typically released within a day or so of the show’s airing, except for in the case of weekends and holidays. They are sometimes harder to come by so there may be occasional delays or gaps.
What do you think? Do you like the new Monday Mornings TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
The best drama on TV and the most intelligent, well-scripted and acted medical drama since House. Bring it back, please!
Love this show, really hope it gets renewed. The show needs a better advertising system, however. My mother happened to be watching a talk show and Sanjay Gupta was the guest, he was discussing this new series so we found it on TNT. Otherwise, I would have never known it existed!
Please keep this show. It is intelligent entertainment, something sorely lacking these days.
Monday Mornings is one of the best medical shows ever – yes, it’s different, but the cast is great and it’s about taking responsibility in life for what we do and how we do it. There is always a profound “compassion” moment in every episode. Both my husband and I look forward to this show every week. The cable network it is on needs to promote it more and should have promoted it more before it ever started. It’s one of those shows that you get “hooked” on and can’t wait for the next week to watch it. PLEASE, PLEASE,… Read more »
I LOVE THE SHOW!! My fear is putting actual truth on mass media is not a welcome. This show is the closest thing to honesty available to the public. People like to feel good about what they are paying to watch, honesty does not give the warm and fuzzy feeling the public enjoy. The money machine will do all it can to silence the truth. The show will be book ended with commercials telling the public what they want to hear, thus voiding the message of the show. Any show rating is subliminally supported, or run off the air by… Read more »
What a horrible show. I watched the first and second episodes and the cast is just weird. No one seems to lead the show. I like Ving Rhaimes but, his character here is really awkward. The writing is not all that interesting either.
OMG – what do you like? This cast is outstanding!
I love Monday Mornings! It is what we all hope is happening on Monday mornings across America – accountability and learning from mistakes – mistakes that kill and maime loved ones for life. I used to love ER and then could not watch it after we lost our 2 year old son Owen to medical malpractice. This is the first medical themed show I have watched since 2001. I am glad I ventured to watch it as I hope and pray all in medicine realize the gravity of their decisions, actions and inactions. I am hoping that it will be… Read more »
I love this show. Please don’t cancel it!
I LOVE THIS SERIES. I have never felt compelled to plead for a series to continue but this one really deserves renewal.
I really REALLY hope they keep this show! It has brought me new found faith in the medical drama genre! It would definitely do better with more and better advertising
please bring this show back! If anything, Monday Mornings forced me to watch TNT. THIS is the best medical drama since ER.
Love, Love, Love it! Monday night TV with Dallas, followed by Monday Mornings is a perfect TV night! Please don’t cancel it!
WOW – This is by far one of the best shows on TV. There has been very limited advertising for this show and it’s a darn shame. WHAT A CAST!! Please, please, renew!!
Everybody I’ve told about the show has been really impressed.
I love it! Please renew and give it at least another year!
The show is excellent — cast, writing, stories — all are above average. I think people aren’t watching it because they don’t know about it. I asked my doctor if he has seen it (neurosurgeon named Park, by the way). He was unaware, but once i told him, he said he will watch. Wish there was some way that loyal listeners had more of an influence in what happens to the shows. Like maybe signing a petition or something on the website?
