The Night Shift is back in session. Today, NBC announced season four of the TV series will premiere in June.
The medical drama revolves around the quirky but devoted staff members of San Antonio Memorial Hospital who work from dusk ’til dawn. The cast includes Eoin Macken, Jill Flint, Ken Leung, Robert Bailey Jr., Brendan Fehr, JR Lemon, Scott Wolf, and Tanaya Beatty.
The new season of The Night Shift debuts on June 22nd.

Doctors, nurses and the medical staff at San Antonio Memorial Hospital will be busier than ever during the fourth season of the fast-paced medical drama “The Night Shift.”
The cast includes Eoin Macken, Jill Flint, Brendan Fehr, Robert Bailey Jr., JR Lemon, Tanaya Beatty and Scott Wolf.
Last summer “The Night Shift” averaged a 1.4 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49 and 6.8 million viewers overall in “live plus seven day” averages, making it the #1 summer drama on the big 4 networks.”

I can’t wait for the new season… I just learned about the show last week and binge watched 3 seasons…
The greatest Medical Drama was and still is “ER” for me, however Night Shift has it’s own uniqueness with the military angles that makes them the greatest medical drama of late. I also enjoy Code Black. Chances are that Night Shift or Code Black won’t go 15 season as “ER” did. It just doesn’t seem like networks want to keep good programing around anymore. Filling the airwaves with idiotic comedies and mindless crap. I love Night Shift. Here’s hoping it gets to stick around.

I love this show! I wish it was on all season long. I enjoy it much more than any of the other medical/emergency shows on now. Showing the war & how each other stick together & always help one another is very important in our lives today!!

I really love this show. I was sad to see paramedic Gwen leave the show but I was happy to see her on Greenleaf on the OWN Network.
