It’s finally official. The No Tomorrow TV show has been cancelled. There will be no tomorrow and no season two on The CW. The series stars Tori Anderson as Evie Covington and Joshua Sasse as Xavier Holliday. The No Tomorrow season one and now series finale aired on January 17, 2017, and the cancellation has been expected for quite some time.
A rom-com fantasy, No Tomorrow centers on Type-A Evie, who starts to look at her life and the world differently, thanks to the free-spirited Xavier. He believes an asteroid will destroy the world in eight months, so he lives his life to its fullest. The CW cast includes Jesse Rath, Amy Pietz, Jonathan Langdon, and Sarayu Blue.
No Tomorrow: A Look at the Ratings
The first and only season of No Tomorrow averaged a 0.26 in the 18-49 year old viewer demographic and drew an average total audience of 794,000, so the cancellation makes sense. The comedy series was consistently among The CW’s lowest rated TV shows.
Variety and Deadline have confirmed that along with No Tomorrow, The CW has also cancelled Frequency. Details here.
Back in January, CW exec. Mark Pedowitz said that if the shows were cancelled, the network would provide closure for them, in the form of digital tagd, for each series.
What do you think? Did you watch the first season of the No Tomorrow TV series? Should The CW have cancelled or renewed it for a second season?
Love it!!!
I just discovered this show on Netflix and live it!…How did I miss this during the first run???
I just finished watching season 1 on Netflix and I loved it. I sure hope Netflix renews for a season 2. Such a refreshing break from all the reality shows that are on TV.
Bring No Tomorrow back for season 2! It was so good and then ending just left us wanting more.
So sad to hear there won’t be a season 2. I thoroughly enjoyed this show. Can we crowdfund? Ask Netflix to carry it? Are the actors interested?
Great show. Would have loved to see a second season.
BRING IT BACK. i hated the ending and thats probably what upset viewers. it makes absolutely no sense she didnt receive his voicemail like where the hell was your phone? and second shouldn’t the plane have given the newss??????? If not I would like her friends to call her or for her to see it on TV. cell phones still work on vacation. RENEW

Just binge watched the entire season in one day. We need more of this show and it’s message now more than ever. Please bring us a second season Netflix! You’re our only hope!
Literally just binge watched the entire season in one day. We need more of this show and the message it spreads now more than ever
One of my best binged watch of all time. Sorry to see it go.Needs to be renewed.
I just binged No Tomorrow on Netflix and LOVED it! What a practically perfect show. I was so disappointed to find out that there is not a second season. Please get our two leads back together! I want to see them get married and have 1o kids.
Please bring back this show! I just finished it, and it has inspired me to do things that I never thought I’d do. It’s a huge success now on Netflix. I just believe that the timing and advertising was wrong considering I’d never even heard of it until about a month ago. I could promise you season 2 would be a hit after you left us all in suspense.
Ok this is seriously not ok I just finished the first season and I love this show. This show was actually awesome. I was actually addicted then they just canceled. whoever is charge of weather or not this show gets canceled I ask to seriously reconsider. Also it was one of the most popular shows on Netflix now that is what most people use to watch TV so I dont know give the show a shot there.
Seriously who runs the stats and make decisions To cancel???. Not only did i love this show i see now its from a couple of years ago. Maybe they can revive and fit in the pandemic as keeping them apart and they MUST end up together.
