According to Deadline, Netflix has renewed The OA TV show for a second season. In its first installment, the eight-part series centers on Prairie Johnson (Brit Marling), a missing blind girl, who returns to the community in which she grew up, with her sight restored.
A supernatural fantasy drama, The OA also stars Jason Isaacs, Emory Cohen, Scott Wilson, Alice Krige, Patrick Gibson, Brandon Meyer, Brandon Perea, Ian Alexander, and Phyllis Smith. Back in December, co-creators Marling and Zal Batmanglij discussed the possibilities of season two on Netflix.

Enjoy this show, although I like sense 8 much better. They cancelled sense 8 after 2 seasons, guess this will be cancelled also.
