Please I am a law student, do not cancel this show. Its one of the few things I look forward to in a week full of work, studying and down right frustration. I would be crushed if you canceled! It is so awesome, the characters, relationships, setting, writing, everything just fits and the law isn’t too shabby either. Keep up the good work and give me a season 2!

The Deep End is one of the most interesting shows on tv today, and by no means should be canceled. It has a GREAT cast, and covers all the bases for both men and women. It is the perfect mix of drama, comedy, and just the right mix of prime time “soapiness” to entertain pretty much the whole spectrum of masses. It is not the fault of the show that you chose to run it against the Winter Olympics, or that you picked it as a lead in, rather than a lead out to one of the hottest shows on tv today. People may have tuned in more if you were not constantly changing the schedule, and bumping it up against several reruns of more established shows. People who may have tuned in to watch the other shows, would have kept watching the new show afterwards, but when you gave them reruns during a horribly boring sweeps month, they tuned out the whole night, and went to channels that gave them new and interesting programing for the whole evening.
If I were to suggest any changes to the program it would be placing it between the two established shows on that night, and NOT change the schedule 100 times in a month. (I set my DVR to record all new episodes, but often the guide doesn’t reflect last minute changes, so it won’t record a program, and I am not aware that a program is going to be on at a different time or night) STOP dropping every show that you positioned poorly, at the drop of a hat!!!!!!!!! I already barely watch your network anymore as all of my favorite shows keep disappearing on me, or being moved to new time slots or days.
I can’t believe this show is being cancelled!!! It is by far one of my favorite shows! Initially, I thought it was ABC’s attempt to compete with CBS’s The Good Wife (which is devoid of the comedy we see in The Deep End) – you can’t compete if it is cancelled. Please don’t cancel the show! I’m a college student who doesn’t have a TV and watches shows online. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to Friday when I can watch the new episode of The Deep End online – please don’t take it away from all of its fans!!
I have become quite attached to this television show. It has only aired for a few episodes, which keep improving. It is a fun show, a light show, which I need in my hectic, emotionally draining life. I would really like to see this show continue.
If you cancel this show, I will stop watching ABC series completely. Now that Ugly Betty has been canceled and if this is too, there won’t be any good series on your channel.
This show has barely had a chance; please don’t cancel it! It has great characters and an awesome storyline. Not to mention, it is extremely heartfelt. Give it a shot to make its mark!
This is the best show for me in 2010 with your network. The Deep End is a TV show that has employed many great actors, and actresses with great writers. I love this show because its an entertaining hour long show that feels as real as what you might expect in this world.
Your other shows might be entertaining, but it does not have the real life aspect we get from watching The Deep End.
And I believe that we need a TV show on air in which it can positively create an image of what a Good lawyer should & can do in their practice. Also in time, I believe that this show can be ranked next to Bones and CSI Miami that create an entertaining show for many families to watch, as well as portraying a positive image for Anthropologists, and law enforcements
I hope you would reconsider your decision in the faith of The Deep End, in the hopes that this show will continue for many more episodes to come.
