Bad news for Pitch fans. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cancelled FOX TV show will not be revived for a second season.
From Dan Fogelman, the baseball drama follows the inspirational story of a young pitcher (Kylie Bunbury) who becomes the first woman to play Major League Baseball. The cast also includes Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Ali Larter, Mark Consuelos, Dan Lauria, Mo McRae, Meagan Holder, and Tim Jo.
As reported earlier, creator Dan Fogelman was trying to find another home for Pitch after it was cancelled by FOX. Apparently, producers 20th Century Fox were interested in putting the show onto Disney’s upcoming streaming platform Disney+. Sadly, it looks like plans did not work out and Pitch will not be returning after all.

Just binge watched this series after accidently discovering it on Disney. Had me captivated from first episode. Loved it! Season 2 would be awesome.

I hadn’t heard about it in 2016. I recently watched it on HULU. I liked it. The lead character is believable and so are most of the situations.
I just watched the series pitch and it was good I’m very unhappy that it’s not coming back wow every time I find a good series to watch they cancel it. I’m very disappointed
I just finished watching season 1 on tubi streaming… I think someone should make a season 2 … really good show !!!!
this is sad! I found this so entertaining and funny! Shame on fox, as a kid growing up watching zach Morris and playing pro ball I watched at 10
episode in one day….. Please reconsider!
