TV show description:
This dramatic science-fiction TV series explores the question “What would you do without it all?” A family struggles to reunite in an American landscape where every single piece of technology — computers, refrigerators, air conditioners, planes, cars, phones, lights — has mysteriously stopped working. Electrical power has simply gone away. The show also revolves around the idea of family — both the family you’re born into and the family you choose.
Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) is the headstrong, curious and daring daughter of Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Ben Matheson (Tim Guinee). Ben is hiding a mysterious secret about the blackout. Maggie (Anna Lise Phillips), a medical doctor, became involved with him following his wife’s death.
When Charlie’s younger and thoughtful brother, Danny (Graham Rogers), is kidnapped by militia leaders, she must reconnect with her estranged uncle Miles Matheson (Billy Burke), a former US Marine and warrior who’s living as a recluse.
Together, with a rogue band of survivors, they set out to rescue Danny, overthrow the militia and ultimately re-establish the United States of America. All the while, they explore the enduring mystery of why the power failed and how or if it will ever return.
The rebel group includes fighter Nora (Daniella Alonso); General “Bass” Monroe (David Lyons), a former Marine who served alongside Miles; and Aaron (Zak Orth), a former Google executive and a computer genius who’s ill-prepared for the rigors of the technology-less world.
Captain Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito), a cultured former insurance adjuster turned Monroe Republic leader and Nate Walker (JD Pardo) is a member of the militia who has conflicted feelings for Charlie.
Episode #42 — Declaration of Independence
Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Monroe (David Lyons) launch an attack on the Patriots, but must improvise a risky new plan in order to halt the oncoming war between California and Texas. Out for revenge, Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) sets his sights on President Davis (guest star Cotter Smith). Meanwhile, Aaron (Zak Orth) and Rachel’s (Elizabeth Mitchell) efforts to save Priscilla (guest star Maureen Sebastian) from the nano-tech has unexpected consequences.
First aired: May 21, 2014.
What do you think? Do you like the Revolution TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for another season?
RELLY LOVEED THIS SHOW BRING BACK REVOLUTION
The best series I’ve followed in a long time, please bring the series back. I would like to see how this was going to end, did they cancelled due to the sexual abuse from the actor who was accused of molesting I believe his daughters. Bring back the series!
Please!!!!!!!!!! Bring it back!! My wife and I love this show and you can’t just leave us hanging like this! Especially with the last episode!!!
Plzzzzz bring it back or on another channel I will follow it
Loved the series. Great cast, fantastic story. Watched all the shows. How can a great show be cancelled while crappy shows go on. Please renew.
This is absurd that you would cancel this show. incredible story that has star actors. How can you justify cutting this show compared to all the crap that’s on now. It’s all about the ads and commercial’s Not making enough money on them. Totally disgusted!!!!!!!
Love This Show!!!!!!! PLEASE RENEW
RENEWED
Renewed I hope. Great TV.
I have watched the entire series, (I finished it on Netflix). The cast is amazing it’s one of the strongest ensembles I’ve watched. This show should never have been canceled. The story line is incredible and could of have continued for a long time. I wish one of the cable channels would pick it up. It’s a quality show and should be on the air. It’s to bad it didn’t start on one of the cable channels. Thanks for this opportunity to express my opimiom.

It is sad when good TV series are canceled liked this and 24 TV series, the Unit, and many more because of inaccurate ratings. You tell me how can stupid shows like the office, the bachelor, the apprentice, survivor stay on the air?
Hey, don’t go trashing Survivor! Agreed about everything else though lol. This show needs to come back!!
Should not have been cancelled, very good series, binged watch tha last week, and very disappointed It didn’t end and they cancelled it, hope they can somehow bring it back.
Best series since Dallas. I had boycotted TV since Dallas went off the air. I returned to TV watching Revolution and Wayward Pines both of which I enjoyed and both have been canceled.
I have been watching Revolution on Netflix and now I hear that it’s cancelled why do you people have to cancel a every show that you put on TV that people find interesting see you can put on more shopping network and other crap STUPID.
renew the show already , it is a great show
I loved this show it was different, than all the other post war types of shows. I loved the characters. Bring it back, is my vote. I have been waiting for it to come back on and then I found out it was cancelled. NOOOOOO I love this show. Just like Farscape and Firefly, the shows I love get canceled
I really did not understand the cancellation of this series. There was so much to be told in their story and it is left incomplete on a network. Have yet to read the comic of it, not the same as live characters.
