Salvation will end its first, and possibly last season, next week, and details for the finale have been released. The series has not yet been renewed for a second season, and ratings for the series have been low at .52 in the demo numbers and an average of 3.564 million viewers.
CBS revealed the full details about the Salvation finale, titled “The Plot Against America,” in a press release. Check that out below.
“Harris, Grace and Darius must topple the illegitimate government, and Darius makes final plans for the ark, on the season finale of SALVATION, Wednesday, Sept. 20 at a special time (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

I really love this show and would really like to see a season two.
We’ve very much enjoyed Salvation and it’s very unique story line. It’s not another CSI. I hope CBS brings it back for a second season. Tonight’s ending was definitely a cliff hanger.

My wife and I love this show and actors. It should be renewed or sold to a cable network.
The only show I watch on regular networking. Great show. What every episode. Needs to be renewed. Better than the so called hit comedies they have on tv or reality shows.
Yes, I’d like to see Salvation another season. The cast seems to have a great connection and is very believable. Also, the plot is a nice change from all the sex and violence out there. I’ve enjoyed the first season and hope it continues.
This is the only program I watch on CBS or any other network.

I have found it to be thrilling and uncomfortably realistic at times.
But if CBS does not renew the program, that’s fine.
I will just return to never-ever watching CBS.
