Based on the slasher movies, this TV series wasn’t exactly a “killer” in the ratings but it did well enough for MTV to renew Scream for a second season. Will the ratings rise or fall this time around? Cancelled or renewed for season three? Stay tuned.
Season two of the Scream TV show picks up with Emma Duval (Willa Fitzgerald) returning to Lakewood. She’s spent several months at a retreat and hopes to put the horrific events of last season behind her. Good luck with that. The rest of the cast includes Amadeus Serafini, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Carlson Young, Conner Weil, John Karna, Kiana Lede, Santiago Segura, Sean Grandillo, Tom Maden, and Mike Vaughn (voice only).

Scream is the first show that they should be proud of, it keeps getting better and better. We need a season 3! The thing about the show is it doesn’t try to copy the films nor does it feel like it, it simply follows its own rules and story without the films. It is simply the best thing I’ve watch. Well done MTV!
if it doesn’t copy the films or even has a little of the films flare then why call it scream, that is what pisses me off they should have made scream 5 but instead we get this something that has nothing to do with the films, they should’ve just called this something else and leave the scream name out of it. it doesn’t make sense to me how people think this show is better than the movies
Mtv please don’t cancel this show… It’s the best show I have ever seen…it’s actually the number one tv show watched on Netflix so please MTV don’t cancel this show!!! I love this show and I feel it’s so underrated compared to other to series but then so was the movies too! Season 2 defiantly boosted my intrest in the series! It’s more than just the Scream brand going in new directions compared to most to shows out! MTV if you are reading this! Keep it going! Thanks.
Awesome show hands down, full of suspense have always been at the edge of my seat, just all around really good show If it was I’d say go 10 seasons its just that really d*** good, Big fan of all scream movies and felt that with this show just was really amazed on how turning it a TV series just awesome, really good casting all roles are really good and in good standing development I fell in my opinion.

Brilliant Show! Each episode gets better and better, and I believe MTV is making history! If they cancel the show their gonna loose a lot of fans. The time zone changed and now look at the ratings! I see a great future for Scream that I didn’t expect!

MTV is quite an awful channel, but the Scream series is awesome and gives something different from the other shows. I would like these ratings to rise again.
I wonder about these ratings? Are these just the ratings for MTV? Because, having the show air on MTV and on netflix week in and week out. I would assume a lot of people just watch it on netflix. I haven’t been able to find any kind of numbers for netflix though.
