Mission aborted. History has cancelled its Six TV show after two seasons. The cancellation news comes six episodes into the Navy SEAL series’ 10-episode second season. While there will be no third season, the last four episode of season should play out as scheduled.
A History military combat drama, Six stars Barry Sloane, Kyle Schmid, Juan Pablo Raba, Edwin Hodge, Brianne Davis, Jessica Garza, Nadine Velasquez, Jaylen Moore, Joshua Gage, Olivia Munn, Eric Ladin, Katherine Evans, and Rus Blackwell. The series centers on the modern American warriors of Navy SEAL Team Six. In season two, Joe ‘Bear’ Graves (Sloane) leads the team to join forces with CIA officer Gina Cline (Munn).

The second season of Six is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 803,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 47% and 49%, respectively. Find out how Six stacks up against other History TV shows.
According to a Deadline report, the cancellation decision was made now, because cast options are set to expire.

Damn that sucks really liked the show a lot. Maybe they should advertise better and not play the same stuff over and over and over on history

Please please please bring back SIX! Such an amazing show! I need to know what happens next! I didn’t even know this show was out there until I saw it on Hulu. the history channel should have done better marketing! Maybe then the ratings wouldn’t have been so low! It’s truly amazing and so realistic.

ARE you guys kidding me? This was the best Military show on television, it’s real & you left us hanging with one of theme’s wife shot by that kid at the end… with not one way the fans of the show can have a proper ending to the show if it has to end. Cmon guysi get that ratings whent down but you cant write in a cliffhanger and final episode like THAT, and then cancel. At the very least just do one last season so the story can at least have an actual closing dont just abruptly end it like that. Not only does it upset fans that love the show but also hurts future show opurtunities as less people will tune in in assumption that it wont last long or that it will be similar in sense that it will have a jaedropping cliffhanger never to be answered. Bring the show back please
I don’t understand how the hell ratings could went down.. It was i think on of the first series about seal team that was really good and watchable and seals died because that what it is, they are not undefeatable, they are just many times better warriors than those with ak-47.:) That’s why i watches Six, because it was made realistic. So i am sorry for the word but, F*** you, those who cancelled this amazing tv series..

Yes, please keep this show going. It is excellant and the acting is superb! Not to mention what our combat military personnel and their families go through while we sleep sound at night.

this is crazy the show was so good I didn’t find out about it until I got Hulu I’m sorry I didn’t know about it until then the show was outstanding well written and a great Series this sucks that there’s no third season I was excited to see if there was going to be a season three that’s why I started looking it up I really wanted to see what was going to happen next the people at the History Channel are really crazy they should be picked up by another Network
They ruined by killing RIP adding that women was a horrible choice. That’s why the ratings went down.
