Mission aborted. History has cancelled its Six TV show after two seasons. The cancellation news comes six episodes into the Navy SEAL series’ 10-episode second season. While there will be no third season, the last four episode of season should play out as scheduled.
A History military combat drama, Six stars Barry Sloane, Kyle Schmid, Juan Pablo Raba, Edwin Hodge, Brianne Davis, Jessica Garza, Nadine Velasquez, Jaylen Moore, Joshua Gage, Olivia Munn, Eric Ladin, Katherine Evans, and Rus Blackwell. The series centers on the modern American warriors of Navy SEAL Team Six. In season two, Joe ‘Bear’ Graves (Sloane) leads the team to join forces with CIA officer Gina Cline (Munn).

The second season of Six is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 803,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 47% and 49%, respectively. Find out how Six stacks up against other History TV shows.
According to a Deadline report, the cancellation decision was made now, because cast options are set to expire.

So totally bummed..this show is great..everytime I find a show to follow its cancelled..I think the cast is great

It’s my favorite show and I look forward to it every week.
I thought they were going to bring back Rip and thought they were actually hiding him so that there wouldn’t be any more assassination attempts on them and eventually he would make it back on the team.
So much depth so much potential please do not cancel.

Show should not be cancelled. One of the best out there. Making this decision when the show is run in the middle of summer is ridiculous.
My brother and I really enjoy watching. We usually DVR it and watch when we can. Always talk about it. Really impressed with the actor who plays Michael Nasry, even though he’s a bad guy(?) Heartbreaking news! Please reconsider!!!!!!
Six is more realistic than some the other series about Navy seals. Plus the fact that the ratings aren’t that bad considering it’s being run in the middle of the summer which is unfair to the series. I hope history channel take a second look before canceling. I suggest they compare to SEAL TEAM on competing channel. There’s is much better.
Tell me it’s not true?! My husband and I look forward to watching it every Wednesday. It’s so action packed it’s like watching a movie! I will be so disappointed if it does not return for season 3.

My family loves the History Channel especially the military show Six .My husband served in the U.S Navy for over 20 years ,and says this show is true to life how it is to serve your country.

Well, another favorite show bites the dust. Was yelling NO at the tv when the first season ended. Had to watch season 2, & have been on pins & needles since. History Channel messed up cancelling this one.
