Mission aborted. History has cancelled its Six TV show after two seasons. The cancellation news comes six episodes into the Navy SEAL series’ 10-episode second season. While there will be no third season, the last four episode of season should play out as scheduled.
A History military combat drama, Six stars Barry Sloane, Kyle Schmid, Juan Pablo Raba, Edwin Hodge, Brianne Davis, Jessica Garza, Nadine Velasquez, Jaylen Moore, Joshua Gage, Olivia Munn, Eric Ladin, Katherine Evans, and Rus Blackwell. The series centers on the modern American warriors of Navy SEAL Team Six. In season two, Joe ‘Bear’ Graves (Sloane) leads the team to join forces with CIA officer Gina Cline (Munn).

The second season of Six is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 803,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 47% and 49%, respectively. Find out how Six stacks up against other History TV shows.
According to a Deadline report, the cancellation decision was made now, because cast options are set to expire.

Come on History Channel, what’s the problem? Six is by far one of the most interesting shows on television. It’s gives the American audience just a small hint of what goes on. The actors and content of Six was extremely interesting and entertaining . When I invest my time every week watching a series I would hope that it eventually includes a series finale and not dropped. I hope Netflix or another network picks up the series so fans can get closure.

I was addicted during the first season of this show and felt like I waited FOREVER for the second season! When the second season came out I was so excited! My boyfriend even got hooked and binged the first season so he could watch the second. After the 2nd season finale, we CAN’T wait for a 3rd season! Please don’t cancel!!!
Very disappointing with the folks at History Channel as my Family watched this show weekly. Please rethink!!!!
SIX is one of our favorite shows. Please don’t cancel it. There are so many story lines that need to be completed. The finale left way too many questions unanswered.

PLEASE don’t cancel this show! We didn’t find it until right before S2 aired so my husband & I binge watched S1 & were so excited for S2. We sat on the edge of our seats week after week & just finished watching the season finale for S2 AGAIN!!! You can’t leave it like this. We had NO idea that it had been cancelled so we watched faithfully each week & now the thought of it ending where it was left is heartbreaking!!! SIX was a nice TV show. Me and my friends watched it every weekend. So disappointed they’ve cancelled it.
We finally found a really good show in SIX. So sad it was cancelled after only 2 seasons. Sometimes you don’t even know about a show on these channels – we found this one half way through season 2, and binge watched to catch up- only to find out it won’t be back. Maybe they will reconsider.
I look forward each week to this show.

PLEASE LET THIS SHOW HAVE A SEASON 3!!! This show is amazing…. if it’s advertised more I guarantee more would watch it… I found out about it from someone at work and my husband and I have been hooked…. THIS SHOW DOESNT DESERVE TO CANCEL!!! It’s to good to not come back!!!!
This was one show my husband and I enjoy every week, the only show I watch on history channel, and quickly became my favourite, please bring it back for season 3

So DEEPLY SADDENED to see this awesome show get cancelled! I look forward every week to a new episode……… Which is VERY, VERY RARE for me to do in my busy everyday life! Ancient Aliens I enjoy watching also but SIX was in a league of its own! BIG MISTAKE! I watched OUTLANDER and it was SO BORING after the 1st episode but SIX kept me interested more each passing week!
