Last year, Sleepy Hollow started out really strong in the ratings but the numbers fell significantly over the course of the season. FOX is really struggling so they renewed it. A supernatural police drama, Sleepy Hollow follows Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison), a patriot who was killed 230 years ago. He finds himself resurrected in modern day and partners with a female police lieutenant. Unfortunately, the Headless Horseman has also returned. The cast includes Nicole Beharie, Orlando Jones, Katia Winter, Clancy Brown, John Cho, and Richard Cetrone.

3/18 update: FOX has renewed Sleepy Hollow for a third season of 18 episodes.

Final season averages: 1.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.57 million total viewers.

Due to a Nielsen glitch, some of the early ratings of the 2014-15 season were revised a few weeks later.

For comparisons: The first season of Sleepy Hollow averaged a 2.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 7.46 million total viewers.
