What’s next for This Is Us? Recently, showrunner Dan Fogelman teased plans for season two of the NBC TV show, Deadline reports.
The dramedy follows a group of seemingly unconnected people as their paths cross and their life stories intertwine in curious ways. The cast includes Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Susan Kelechi Watson, Chris Sullivan, and Ron Cephas Jones.
At this summer’s TCA press conference, Fogelman revealed Sylvester Stallone will guest star in season two of This Is Us. Other guest stars include Debra Jo Rupp and Dan Lauria.
But what about Jack (Ventimiglia)? Fogelman also revealed that fans will discover more about Jack’s death in season two:
If I say everything, there is nothing to watch. If this is the question that is haunting people, in the course of the second season, you’ll get the answers and more. The first episode has a first giant piece of the puzzle that will set the internet abuzz. That’s the best I can say without spoiling.”
Season two of This Is Us premieres on NBC on September 26th at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
