Lori Loughlin
Things are not going well for Lori Loughlin. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hallmark has severed all ties with the When Calls the Heart co-star following her arrest.
Earlier this week, Loughlin was arrested by the FBI after being accused of participating in a nation-wide college admissions scheme. The Full House star has been a cast member of Hallmark’s hit series When Calls the Heart since its debut in 2014. Additionally, she stars in the network’s film series Garage Sale Mysteries.
Hallmark Channel released a public statement announcing their separation with Loughlin. The network doesn’t specify if they’ll continue to air the current season of When Calls the Heart but it seems likely that they will. If Heart is renewed for a seventh season, it appears that Loughlin’s Abigail Stanton character will not be a part of it.
Here’s the statement:
We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations. We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third party production.”
Update: A Hallmark spokesperson tells us that When Calls the Heart has been pulled from the March 17th schedule. Will future episodes air? “We are evaluating all creative options related to When Calls the Heart series.”

I still still watch the show. People make bad decisions in life has nothing to do with the show.
Yes, I’d keep watching but it makes me angry that her bad actions affected so many others. If they write Abigail off of “When Calls the Heart,” sending her back East to care for an ailing relative, will adopted son Cody have to go, too? Abigail will have to just “disappear” with no goodbyes. I don’t think they’ll kill her off like they did Jack Thornton. I look forward to WCH every year and wish it was on longer. I personally don’t think it’s fair to the cast, to the actors and actresses in the show, nor is it fair to the fans of this show to cancel on what has already been programed. Viewers don’t have a whole lot of choices when it comes to wholesome tv shows these days. Please continue to air the series of this year. Go ahead and let Lori go BUT it isn’t fair to the other actors to cancel the show! It’s too good to be cancelled!!
Where did innocent until proven guilty go? This is America. This situation would not even be a subject of if the real bad guys were taken care of ( our overly priced American university systems – that’s the real scam artist in this whole situation. ) Leave Lori alone – bring her back as long as she stays in her freedom – we still love her. ( not the same love for some of the others though)

Please do not cut the series. Not featuring Laughland in future episodes is fine but please run the one’s already filmed. Simply replace her. PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE SERIES. And I hope you change your mind about the 17th.

I agree you need to responsible for your actions I really like this show I hope it keeps going but there are always other to replace Lori like they say you soe what you reap.
The Hallmark Mysteries, including Garage Sale Mysteries, are my guilty pleasure. It is truly a shame the rest of the cast and crew of these shows will lose income due to Ms. Loughlin’s and her family’s feeling of entitlement.
Please air the rest of this season as is..we just got started watching it and I look forward to it every week. If the season hadn’t already started it would be different.I can’t imagine anyone would think negatively of the network given the timing of this.

I think its ridiculous to cancel the show..I love garage sale mysteries..lots of people make mistakes and poor judgement.. personally dont think it’s worth cancelling the series
The show should still continue on. The rest of the cast should not suffer because of someone else’s poor decision. I love Garage Sale Mysteries. Too bad they won’t be continuing.
I will continue to watch WCTH it’s a great wholesome show !!! Don’t let Lori’s disappointing mistake affect the other actors!! So unfortunate that rich people think they can use their money to buy happiness !! I definitely lost respect for her!
I enjoy Garage Sale Mysteries and When Calls the Heart. I hope both aeries are continued.
