While American Dad doesn’t get a lot of attention, it does get enough “ratings love” to keep it from being cancelled. It’s already been renewed for the 2013-14 season but will FOX order more episodes into production? We’ll have to wait and see.
The current season of American Dad typically airs Sunday nights on the FOX network. Once again, the animated sitcom’s cast includes Seth MacFarlane, Wendy Schaal, Rachael MacFarlane, Scott Grimes, and Dee Bradley Baker.
Below are the TV show’s ratings for the 2012-13 season, the best way to tell if American Dad is going to be cancelled or renewed for future seasons (it’s already been renewed through 2013-14).

What do you think? Do you still like the American Dad TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for yet another season?

Took a while, but I enjoy Bob’s Burgers now. Definitely better than what The Simpsons has turned into the last 5 to 10 years. But I still watch that. The first fantastic 12 – 14 seasons guarantee my loyalty to that show no matter how long it exists, and no matter how terrible it becomes. American Dad, like Bob’s Burgers, is another show that gets better the more you watch it, which wasn’t the case with The Cleveland Show. Better to replace that with something that could be good.
All the shows are good except for Cleveland Show.Bobs burgers is great.
I love American Dad, then Family Guy, The Simpsons and The Cleveland show are tied, and last is Bob’s Burgers.
Bob’s Burgers is horrible, but then again I’m, not in the teen target audience I think that show is for. Love American Dad and Family Guy, but The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers and The Cleavland Show suck.
KEEP AMERICAN DAD AND CANCEL BOB’S BURGERS!
American Dad should be cancelled, it is just annoying and unfunny. Family guy is much better its stupid funny.
Family Guy is pathetically bad! American Dad is much much better
Cancel Family Guy but keep American Dad. American Dad is the best animated series.
Please don’t cancel American Dad or Family Guy. I always look forward to watching them on Adult swim at night. I even record the shows. I like American. Dad.
I really like this show. It should not be cancelled.
