The house is now empty. According to Deadline, NBC has cancelled Crowded after only one season.
The family sitcom stars Patrick Warburton and Carrie Preston as two middle-aged parents whose adult kids move back in with them. Miranda Cosgrove, Mia Serafino, and Stacy Keach also star.
Currently nearing the end of its first season, the multi-cam comedy has received only mild ratings so far, receiving an average of .98 in the 18-49 demo and 4.036 million viewers.
The season one finale is scheduled for May 22nd.

It always seems like the good shows are canceled. I wait until the next season and there is none. I’m getting to the point of not wanting to watch anything for fear it will be canceled. Way to go again NBC. Why not put another stupid reality show on.

Crowded was one of the best shows on tv. regular tv has very little to offer conedy wise, and this show was one of the best on tv. plenty of laughs. will really miss it
Yes! Very sad to see it go. I think Patrick Warburton is an amazing actor and I was glad to see an older gay couple (Stacy Keach) in a sitcom. I was hoping NBC was following ABC’s lead and adding more diverse characters but I guess they weren’t willing to do that… Guess this will be another slot they will fill with some stupid over rated out of touch unrealistic “reality” show. Crowded was an amazing I love Patrick warburton he is always making everyone last I hope this isn’t his last tv show :/
