It looks like there won’t be a fourth season of comedy-drama Lilyhammer on Netflix. Series star Steven Van Zandt tweeted that the show has been cancelled:
#Lilyhammer RIP. Not my decision. Let's just say for now the business got too complicated. Very proud of our 24 shows. New ideas on the way.

A Norwegian-American TV show, Lilyhammer revolves around a gangster from the Big Apple named Frank “The Fixer” Tagliano (Van Zandt) who is relocated as part of the Federal Witness protection Program to the isolated community of Lillehammer in Norway. Co-stars include Trond Fausa Aurvåg, Marian Saastad Ottesen, Sven Nordin, Kyrre Hellum, and Anne Krigsvoll.
Promoted as Netflix’s first exclusive content, the series has never garnered a lot of attention — especially when compared to the service’s original series House of Cards and Orange is the New Black.
Lilyhammer debuted on January 25, 2012 and the last episode was released on December 17, 2014. There are eight installments in each of the three seasons.
What do you think? Do you like the Lilyhammer TV show? Do you think that it should have been cancelled? Would you have watched a fourth season?
We are really enjoying it!
I loved the show, and definitely would have watched more series. Hard to believe it’s been cancelled. They’re soo many bad shows and movies out there, hard to find something good…
Yes I would have watched a forth season.
How about a two hour version to officially end the show?
NEED A SEASON 4?!?!
Netflix why are you doing this to us !!
