Rick/Liked it a lot!!!! Runway’s gotten way too formulaic, actually tiresome for me to watch whole show one sitting. This is quicker, no time wasters (sorry, Tim,) and I like the personalities better than Runway. Real people. As for the so-called accents, hell, everyone’s got one. If you want cloned accents then you must really want cloned results. No!!!! This is the one I’m watching now on Lifetime. Got too many jobs so have to be ultra-selective. This meets my test.
Hate it! Adriana can barely speak English, my son, at 5 spoke better than she does. It does not sound genuine and sounds like she is reading directly off que cards! The contestants dress like they just got out of bed and their own personal makeup is dumpy and caked on. I would never take tips or hire them to do my make up. So your son speaks his native language, English, better than a woman who grew up speaking Portuguese? What an accomplishment.
Absolutely horrible! Mean spirited vicious people. Some contestants are polite and good artists and the rest are nasty. Why waste an hour of my time watching angry mean people. I could just go on YouTube and get makeup and hair advice that way! If this is what you think is entertainment or what the American public enjoys, then God Help Us!
I found the show uneventful and not interesting at all. Sorry. Was hoping to like it. Better luck with your next idea.
i would love to nominate: Amanda Brough, she is a makeup artist for MAC in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
