What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, APB follows billionaire engineer Gideon Reeves (Justin Kirk). The Chicago Police Department is spiraling out of control thanks to high crime, officer-involved shootings, cover-ups, corruption, and under-funding. After witnessing his best friend’s murder, Reeves resolves to change all that. He puts up millions of dollars of his own money to take charge of the troubled 13th District and reboots it as a technically innovative police force. Teaming with street-smart Detective Theresa Murphy (Natalie Martinez) and tech wiz Ada Hamilton (Caitlin Stasey), Reeves embarks on a mission to create a crime-fighting force for the 21st century. Ernie Hudson, Taylor Handley, Tamberla Perry, and Nestor Serrano also star.
Season One Ratings

Telly’s Take
The APB TV show had a solid premiere on FOX but saw a huge drop in week two and dropped further in the weeks that have followed. I suspect that, though FOX really wants to establish new dramas, this one isn’t one of them and APB will be cancelled.

Please stay for a season two b/c latley fox has gotten to **** b/c there aren’t enough future technology stuff and the crime shows are pretty predictable. APB keeps you on edge and that is what eager the viewers for the next episode. I’m a young teen, and I can tell you that advanced technology is what really attract young viewers. Plus this show should be and apology show for canceling ‘Almost Human’. Showing what technology can bring really is what attracts viewers. Not just young but of all age. Excellent show! Why cancel it?
Really hope the show stays on. Love the cast and it does have some odd moments but all in all better than most of whats on today.
Please don’t cancel APB.. it’s a good show for the whole family
I certainly hope that this show isn’t cancelled. Although it could use some tweaking in certain areas, it really has the potential to rise up to be a powerful series for FOX. Even if the ratings don’t appear to be high, fox should remember that a lit of us work nights and can only watch the show’s through other means such as Hulu the day after. PLEASQE DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW…..

Please renew this show. It is creative and has a great cast and characters who work well together. It’s nice to see something a little out of the box.

Best new crime show with fresh stories on new tech in fighting crime.
Additionally, the fate of the 13th District is in your hands. Give Gideon the chance to prove himself as the great leader that we know he is.
My name is Also Ben and I also agree with Ben. APB is beautifully written, acted, directed, produced, EXT… I especially like how they ended season 1 and I hope to see if season 2, with some new characters.
APB is THE best crime series in a long time. It is very much needed to make the public aware of new threats that have emerged with new technologies and the ways to make one’s self and family safer. How to identify a technology attack and the type. Please do not cancel this show. It will be as popular as Law and Order if given the chance.
