Does country living agree with Mike and Rio during the first season of the Bless This Mess TV show on ABC? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Bless This Mess is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. An ABC fish-out-of-water sitcom, Bless This Mess stars Lake Bell, Dax Shepard, Ed Begley Jr., Pam Grier, David Koechner, JT Neal, and Madison Curry. The single-camera comedy centers on newlyweds Mike and Rio (Shepard and Bell), after they decide to forsake the hustle and bustle of New York City for a more pastoral life in Nebraska. Once the couple arrives in cornhusker country, it doesn’t take them too long to figure out that living a simple life requires a lot of hard work. Bell co-created the series with Elizabeth Meriwether.

I do not enjoy watching this show. I was bored stiff. The show has a good premise but the shower scenes, etc., just not very clever writing. I will not tune in to waste my time watching this ever again

I will definitely watch the first season.
We Nebraskans are still recovering from devastating flooding. We are still searching for the body of one of our residents. The characters who represent us are insulting to who we really are.
This show is disrespectful considering the loss of life and property in Nebraska due to recent flooding
Was not funny. Just plain stupid. Could not get through the whole episode. I like comedy and this is not it!
Amazingly fun so far. We all at sometime in our life we want to escape to the county and search for the simple life. This makes the truth in our dreams a fun reality. Looking forward to the next episode.
