A fish-out-of-water sitcom, Bless This Mess stars Lake Bell, Dax Shepard, Ed Begley Jr., Pam Grier, David Koechner, JT Neal, and Madison Curry. The single-camera comedy centers on newlyweds Mike and Rio (Shepard and Bell), after they decide to forsake the hustle and bustle of New York City for a more pastoral life in Nebraska. Once the couple arrives in cornhusker country, it doesn’t take them too long to figure out that living a simple life requires a lot of hard work. Bell co-created the series with Elizabeth Meriwether.
Airing on Tuesday nights, the first season of Bless This Mess is averaging a 0.73 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.82 million viewers.
Out of the 21 scripted ABC TV shows of the 2018-19 season, Bless This Mess is in 13th place in the demo and 12th in viewership.

I certainly hope it gets renewed! It’s the best comedy on TV lately! I’m tired of all the crime shows and reality shows. Give us something clean to laugh about!!

Me and my wife and mother love this show. My hours are off since i work nights. So we have it recorded so we can watch it on wed night when im off. The news came on through my 4th show . And they never made it up. Been on acation and the cable box didnt record after the 6th show , So im bummed out. We love this show. Im watching the repeats that i do have.
