TV show description:
From award-winning creator, executive producer and writer Chuck Lorre, Bob ♥ Abishola is a love story and a comedic examination of immigrant life in America.
Bob (Gardell) owns a very successful compression sock factory in Detroit and runs the business with his mother, Dottie (Ebersole); his sister, Christina (Monroe); and his younger brother, Douglas (Jones). Stress from the job and his family lands middle-aged Bob in the hospital with a heart attack.
An immigrant from Nigeria, Abishola (Olowofoyeku) came to America with her young son, Dele (Wolf Jr.). The two live in a small apartment with her very protective relatives, Auntie Olu (Adewusi) and Uncle Tunde (Henley).
While he recovers from his heart attack, Bob meets and falls for Abishola, his kind and hard-working cardiac nurse. Undaunted by Abishola’s lack of initial interest or the vast differences in their backgrounds, Bob is determined to win Abishola’s heart.
Episode #95 — Find Your Bench
Seven years from now, a lot has changed for Bob, Abishola and their friends and family as they reflect on how far they’ve come and consider what’s most important to them as they head into the future.
First aired: May 6, 2024.
What do you think? Do you like the Bob ♥ Abishola TV show? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for a sixth season?
Charming!!!! This show has a real heart. It’s a great way of bridging the gap of cultures, too.
Bob needs to act more like Mike on Mike & Molly!!!!!!!
It’s time for a show like this! It’s fantastic!
Give a show more than 1 Season before it’s
cancelled, this is a great SHOW! Thanks!
Absolutely the Best…… LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
I love this show! Always look forward to it after watching The Neighborhood . Great Monday night lineup!
I love this show
It’s my favorite.
I love this show! It’s very funny and the story line is not just another cookie cutter sitcom. I love all of the characters, and it’s one of the few shows I look forward to watching each week. Please renew!
I love this show! I’m disappointed that some weeks they don’t play a new show. I’m looking forward to next season. Please renew next season. I want to see what happens with Dotti and Hank, and Kofo and Christina. I love kimmi she’s a hoot. Abishola and Bob are almost supports for the rest of the characters. The writers better get their story going.
One of my favorite shows. I Look forward to it every Monday. Very entertaining, sweet, and humorous. I would be very disappointed if it were to get cancelled!
This is one of my favorite shows. Please keep it on.
I love this show. Please keep it on.
Love the interactions between the actors–warm. funny, and still edgy. I am so tired of the same story lines year after–this one is a keeper.
I like this show because it shows a couple taking their time to explore their feelings and evolve romantic way instead of hopping into bed like other tv shows.
I think this show is lousy and I think its disgusting how his mother fakes having a stroke. I dont know anyone thats had a stroke and has facial damage and talks as well as she does. It is a lousy interpertation of a stroke victim…….it is insulting. I also cannot understand half of what these nigerians are saying as theyre speaking thru their teeth.
Can the racism please. I have seen stroke victims with facial damage. There is also a medical condition called Bell’s Palsy.
My VERY favorite show IN YEARS! PLEASE CONTINUE!!!
I agree very funny please keep on air.
