Last year on Hallmark Channel, the Chesapeake Shores TV show dropped a little more in the Nielsen ratings. Since it wasn’t all that far behind the cable network’s top performers, the series managed to avoid cancellation. Is the erosion permanent, or can it regain some lost ground in the fourth season? A Hallmark Canadian-American family drama, Chesapeake Shores stars Meghan Ory, Jesse Metcalfe, Treat Williams, Diane Ladd, Laci J. Mailey, Emilie Ullerup, Brendan Penny, Andrew Francis, Kayden Magnuson, Abbie Magnuson, Greyston Holt, Carlo Marks, Jessica Sipos, Lanie McAuley, and Barbara Niven. The story centers on career woman Abby O’Brien (Ory), a divorced mother of two young daughters who leaves New York for her hometown of Chesapeake Shores, Maryland, where her first love Trace (Metcalfe) lives.

Que forma de dar vueltas las chicas de esta serie, nada les viene bien, la mayoría de los problemas de la serie son banales. Me dan pena Trace y Simon, al primero se lo vienen canteando desde que comenzó la serie y al otro mejor que termino solo( se iba a volver loco si seguía con la escritora).

I love Chesapeake Shores! I was hoping for more than 6 episodes in Season 4, but I was just so glad it returned! I love the setting and the talented actors in this series. Please, please bring it back for Season 5 ~ we really need more family shows like this one. Thank you!!

NO! Please do not cancel the series. A show with personal drama, inter relational ups & downs without the violence
and death count of network and cable shows. My friends and I have been viewers since Season 1 Episode 1.
Lots of factors go into a drop in ratings. What other shows are in that time slot, would another day/time be more advantageous. More advertising on other networks; I heard nothing on any mainstream networks, Netflix, Amazon or Hulu.
I sincerely hope Chesapeake Shores will continue.

DO NOT CANCEL CHESAPEAKE SHORES!!!!! This is one of the few shows that allows for teenagers to watch “love” relationships in a clean but realistic fashion. I have enjoyed the multi layered drama develop. Personalities emerge and over time the complicated nature of people is disclosed. Again, PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL CHESAPEAKE SHORES!!!!!
I LOVE this show !! Have since the first episode ! It’s a fairytale picture perfect setting ,love the family and storylines .My question..how do you only do 6 episodes??? Weird .that’s lame !! WANT MORE
