CSI: Cyber’s future on CBS is still up in the air, but fans of the series need to prepare for an end. Season two of the series will finish this Sunday. The series’ current timeslot on Sunday night will be taken over by Elementary on March 20.
CSI Files confirmed that the status of the series is still not known. CBS cut the season of the series down to just 18 episodes (the final season of CSI had the same number of installments. The finale is titled Legacy. It is clear that CSI franchise has a lot of history on CBS, but is the world of CSI coming to an end?
It is possible. This series could see its end, and there are no other CSI spin-offs in the works. The other long running CBS franchise, NCIS, was just renewed for two more seasons by the network.

Please do not cancel CSI CYBER! It is one of my most favorite tv shows. I have learned so much from this show, not to hack or anything like that, but what to look for in a hacking situation and how to be more careful being online. It is an excellent show and an amazing cast. Please continue with a third and fourth season and even more if at all possible. Thank you!

I’ve watched CSI EVERYthing since 2005. Cyber is a refreshing new angle to modern form of solving modern crime. I appreciate the forensics strategies and exposure to what could be out there in our tekky world. One of my 5 favorite TV shows….out of over 200 channels. KEEP THE SHOW …Patricia, Ted, Bow-wow, James, Hayley, Charels!! Don’t let them get away!
