TV show description:
From creator Chris Fedak, the Deception TV show centers on illusionist Cameron Black (Cutmore-Scott). With big shows in Vegas and New York, this magician is rocketing to the top, when scandal derails his show and his drive.
Unbeknownst to the world, Cameron has a twin brother, Jonathan (Cutmore-Scott), who is integral to both his magic and his life. Then one night, Jonathan is framed for murder. Soon, their secret is revealed, and Jonathan is convicted. Cameron is certain another illusionist is behind the crime.
With his career on hold and his mind overwhelmed by guilt and the desire to exonerate his brother, Cameron won’t even work with his team to develop a new act. One day though, while watching the news, he realizes that the FBI has been deceived by an illusionist, and whoever it was stole one of his signature moves. Now, Cameron is using his tradecraft to help the Feds apprehend some of the most elusive criminals in the world and hopes to prove his brother is an innocent man.

It is very disappointing that it we will not know what happens to Cameron. Fun show to watch much better than some that you renewed.
This is a creative, entertaining, and exciting television series. Great family viewing with my 15 year old. Good twists and better than most new show this season. Likeable characters and storyline among leads, and supporting cast. This show deserves a second season.
This is such a creative show. I really like the premise and the ways in which mysteries are solved. Also, the last show just made me want to see how the rest of th story unfolds. Please reconsider this cancellation decision.

I don’t know what the cables networks of TV series can be thinking when they cancelled Their best shows because of the rating, you all fail to realize that not every one that watch the show goes to siTe to rate the shows they just watched the shows on dstv which has the various network like CBS, NBC, CW, NETFLIX ETC and have no idea that their votes determined the survival of their belove shows. Well, once again ABC has shot themselves in the foot cancelling another good show. They did it with Last Man Standing which is now going to be rebooted finally after fans had to practically boycott ABC to get it back. Deception is a good clean cut show compared to so much of the crappy TV shows we are given to watch. If you only knew how much families enjoy shows like this…you would have given Deception one more season at least. I’m tempted to NOT watch ANY new shows that you release e.g. Kevin probably saves the world, because we just sit around enjoying it like idiots saying “Finally! A great show!”
Why should we set ourselves up for disappointment AGAIN???
