TV show description:
From creator Chris Fedak, the Deception TV show centers on illusionist Cameron Black (Cutmore-Scott). With big shows in Vegas and New York, this magician is rocketing to the top, when scandal derails his show and his drive.
Unbeknownst to the world, Cameron has a twin brother, Jonathan (Cutmore-Scott), who is integral to both his magic and his life. Then one night, Jonathan is framed for murder. Soon, their secret is revealed, and Jonathan is convicted. Cameron is certain another illusionist is behind the crime.
With his career on hold and his mind overwhelmed by guilt and the desire to exonerate his brother, Cameron won’t even work with his team to develop a new act. One day though, while watching the news, he realizes that the FBI has been deceived by an illusionist, and whoever it was stole one of his signature moves. Now, Cameron is using his tradecraft to help the Feds apprehend some of the most elusive criminals in the world and hopes to prove his brother is an innocent man.

Sometimes I wonder who the are the people that make these calls to cancel a show, and what are they smoking. They get you hooked and then pull it out from underneath you. These people do not have a clue what real hard working people in this world want to watch. Instead they pay attention to some stupid, outdated system, to tell them what to cancel. I bet 3/4 of America don’t even know anything about Nielsen ratings or how they work. They just work hard and want to come home after a hard day and watch their favorite shows.… Read more »
Love this show. Why are all of the good shows always being canceled and all of the worst shows that I’ve seen get to stay on television forever? There’s something very wrong with the decision making somewhere.
Please don’t cancel this show. It’s clever, well written and exciting. I.t had humor and the characters are likeable. You have many lame shows over the years that you kept on forever. This is a good show don’t throw it away.
Liked Deception, it was not law show; nor a hospital show, a show that kept one’s interest in the outcome of the program. Unfortunately, the powers that be, don’t care much for show like this, so it was canned for something of less value, but had more of TV ratings than Deception. MOST UNFORTUNATE.

Every show I enjoy ABC seems to cancel. Wish this show would continue. If cancel I might as well stop watching ABC television.
