TV show description:
From creator Chris Fedak, the Deception TV show centers on illusionist Cameron Black (Cutmore-Scott). With big shows in Vegas and New York, this magician is rocketing to the top, when scandal derails his show and his drive.
Unbeknownst to the world, Cameron has a twin brother, Jonathan (Cutmore-Scott), who is integral to both his magic and his life. Then one night, Jonathan is framed for murder. Soon, their secret is revealed, and Jonathan is convicted. Cameron is certain another illusionist is behind the crime.
With his career on hold and his mind overwhelmed by guilt and the desire to exonerate his brother, Cameron won’t even work with his team to develop a new act. One day though, while watching the news, he realizes that the FBI has been deceived by an illusionist, and whoever it was stole one of his signature moves. Now, Cameron is using his tradecraft to help the Feds apprehend some of the most elusive criminals in the world and hopes to prove his brother is an innocent man.

this show is amazing! it is brilliantly written, especially compared to the mindless dribble that the networks try to push on us these days. instead of making all of these reality shows about what rich women eat and wear in various cities, or some stupid kim kardashian crap, try keeping an intelligent show like deception on the air. i wait all week to be able to see this, and for abc to cancel this is the most idiotic thing they could do. so how do we get some other network to pick up this show?

Cancelled another good one! Figures but yo uhh keep the crap like Bachelor and the Bachelorette. So so sad.
My husband and I really enjoyed watching this show. Always liked waiting for the deception at the end to catch the “bad guy”! Please consider renewing this show!

Cancelling this show is just wrong. It is totally entertaining and fun to watch. I think there are other shows more deserving of being cancelled.
I love Deception! The characters are appealing and the plot twists are intriguing. If you end it now, there will be no resolutions at all. This show should be renewed! Again and again and again!!!

Canceling Deception is ridiculous. ABC has some of the worst line-ups on television and they finally have an innovative show that sucks in the viewer and makes you wait week to week for more and it gets canceled. I’m done with ABC. Any network that picks up the loser American Idol and cancels a smart serial show needs to fail.
