Who’s leaving Endeavour? RadioTimes reports some cast members will not return for season six of the ITV series.
The UK drama, which airs on PBS in the U.S., stars Shaun Evans as a young Detective Endeavour Morse. The cast also includes Roger Allam, Anton Lesser, Dakota Blue Richards, Sean Rigby, James Bradshaw, Caroline O’Neil, and Abigail Thaw.
According to RadioTimes, cast members Lewis Peek and Dakota Blue Richards will not appear in season six of Endeavour. The new season is slated to debut on ITV in 2019.

I really enjoy this program..actually I think the British do a bang up job with mysteries. So glad this program is returning.
No one does mystery quite as well as the British. Portrayals are superb and pace is perfect. Endeavour gives viewer credit for ability to follow plotline. Fine show.
Endeavor is a very good show—–and I didn’t really like Inspector Morse ! I am so glad that it will return. I may even have to try to find re-runs of Inspector Morse to see what I must have missed in that series. More & more, I watch PBS rather than American TV—-except for the news & CBS.

I absolutely love this show. I’m always afraid that the season I am watching will be the last one, so I was thrilled to see that another season is in the works. I wish there were more shows of this caliber offered.

I love this program! I look forward to seeing it each and every week and miss it when it is not on. It is one of the best shows on PBS. I hope it is renewed for many seasons to come. Quality programming is so lacking on basic television. We must save those shows that demonstrate excellence such as Endeavor. Mediocrity is far too prevalent in today’s world and I, for one, am so tired of it. I am starved for quality programs to watch as television is our main source of entertainment.
Best show and cast on TV for years. I look forward to it’s return every year. Shaun Evans performance brings Endeavour to life. I can’t fathom any other actor in this role.
Endeavor is on of the best shows on TV. I look forward to it every season. I just wish there were more. The only one that rivals it for me is Foyle’s War, which sadly ended its run several years ago. I will look forward to Season 6.
